Services

Our services include copying documents and records, to include birth, death, marriage, wills, deeds and military records up to WWI, transcribing census records, visiting cemeteries and courthouses.  Pictures of cemeteries will be available upon request along with directions to the site.  We will periodically visit the Kentucky Department of Libraries and Archives in Frankfort.  Any requests requiring research at this facility will be held until we make that visit.  You will receive a report of all research found in your request.  Copies of documents will be included in the report.  If further research is needed, an estimated time and fee will also be included.

Rates and Payment

Our fees are based on the nature of the request.  If we receive the exact date and location of the record to be copied, the charge will be $30.  If we need to research to find the record, the charge will be our hourly rate of $30 plus any additional charges for copying.  For extensive family research requests involving searching for records that do not have specific dates and locations, we will require a payment of three hours of research in advance.

We accept money orders, and electronic payment via Paypal.
